The City of Baldwin Water Department will be installing a new valve in the 500 block of Duncan Bridge Road on Saturday, October 5. This work will be done after midnight to minimize the effect on our customers. This work should not take more than one (1) hour. However, during this time customers in the 500/600 block of Duncan Bridge Road and Kitchens Road area may experience lower than normal water pressure.
