Update 02/27/2025 4:51 p.m.: All mains have been repaired. The last remaining sections of the water system are pressurizing, but this could last through tonight. If there are no further issues, water service will be restored to all customers within the very near future. Please note, all locations previously named will continue on a boil water advisory out of an abundance of caution. Please continue to follow this post for updates on the boil water advisory.
Update 02/27/2025 8:38 a.m.: Water service has been restored for many water customers within the Willingham Avenue and U.S. Highway 441 service area. Light Street residents are currently without water service. An additional water main break occurred during the restoration process, and Banks County customers along U.S. Highway 441 are currently without water.

Due to ongoing work, customers may experience water outages. Please know that the city is aware of these outages, and is working to restore service as soon as possible.
